Under the main coating (pure Tin, Gold or both) an undercoating of Nickel is always present as protection against oxidation, migration of charges and Whisker growth.

All our products are Lead Free and RoHS compliant.

FG = gold flash   (standard)

G1 = gold 0.12µm min. thickness

G2 = gold 0.25µm min. thickness

G3 = gold 0.50µm min. thickness

G4 = gold 0.75µm min. thickness

TF = tin flash (pure tin, lead free)

T1 = tin 5µm min. thickness (pure tin, lead free)

FS = selective gold flash  (pure tin, lead free)

S1 = selective gold flash 0.12µm min. thickness (pure tin, lead free)

S2 = selective gold flash 0.25µm min. thickness (pure tin, lead free)

S3 = selective gold flash 0.50µm min. thickness (pure tin, lead free)

S4 = selective gold flash 0.75µm min. thickness (pure tin, lead free)

Since it is impossible to produce only few pins with the desired plating, samplings will be supplied with the pins' plating available at the moment of request.
